The brand new Pressed Powder Shadow components is meant to be “extremely pigmented” with an “ultra-velvety and silky” texture that’s “long-wearing” and “adheres simply to the eyes.” Many of the shades have semi-opaque to opaque pigmentation that applies nicely to reveal pores and skin, blends out with out concern, and lasts for seven to eight hours.
The matte eyeshadows are usually a little bit extra powdery, although tender and finely-milled, within the pan, whereas the shimmers have a creamier, dense consistency. Sometimes, the extra sparkly or metallic shades apply higher with fingertips or a dampened brush.
